We ship via USPS (small orders) or UPS (larger orders). Buyer assumes all responsibility for shipping costs & fees.


Ground Shipping: 1-7 business days
Standard Shipping: 1-4 business days
Express Shipping: 1 business day 


Currently we are shipping International orders via UPS. Buyer assumes all responsibility for custom, shipping costs & fees.

Standard Shipping: 7-10 business days
Express Shipping: 5-7 business days 


Processing times is the time I need to make your items, if they are currently not in stock; sometimes we make candles to order - we do not account for the time the package is in transit. Priority Mail is typically delivered within 1-3 business days while USPS First Class usually takes 2-5 business days. UPS usually takes 1-5 business days. You should receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order leaves our studio. Please let us know if you'd like your order expedited and we will try our best to do so!

R E T U R N S  +  E X C H A N G E S

All of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. We will replace/refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to Urban Wanderlust within 48 hours of delivery.

A damage claim will be filed with the shipping carrier and we will work together to find a solution for your damaged product (typically a replacement is sent to you once the damage claim has been filed with the shipping carrier).

We do not assume responsibility for packages returned to us due to invalid addresses. Unfortunately we will ask that you pay for any related reshipping fees.

Only items that have been purchased directly from Urban Wanderlust can potentially be returned to Urban Wanderlust. Urban Wanderlust products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.


All of our products are hand made out of natural ingredients so there will be occasional variations in our products. These variations do not affect the integrity of our goods and will not be considered defects or damages:

Candles • Changes in temperature may cause "wet spots" on candles. This is a term used to describe a spot on a candle jar that looks as if water has seeped in between the wax and the jar - don't worry there isn't. This is a natural occurrence that can happen when candles go through changes in temperature (going from an air-conditioned home/car to a hot, humid mailbox or vice versa). These "wet spots" do not affect the way your candles burn or smell in any way.

Room + Linen Sprays • Different fragrance combinations mixed with our spray base may cause occasional separation between the two liquids. This is normal and varies from scent to scent. It does not affect the way your spray will work or smell. Be sure to give these a shake before use to mix everything together for the best results.
