Shipping + Returns

We ship via USPS (small orders) or UPS (larger orders). Buyer assumes all responsibility for shipping costs & fees.

Please be sure to double check your address as Urban Wanderlust, LLC is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect, closed or undeliverable address. If your package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect/undeliverable address or business closure and is "returned to sender", Urban Wanderlust, LLC is not responsible for any shipping charges or fees. We're happy to ship your package back to a different address, but you will be asked to cover shipping costs for reshipment.  

Please be aware that Urban Wanderlust, LLC. is not responsible for delayed transit times once your order leaves the studio. We have no control over transit times once packages are given to the mail carrier. Should your package become delayed or lost, a claim will need to be filed with the shipping carrier. 

International Orders are shipped via the least expensive method in order to save you costs. Please note that you, the international buyer, are responsible for all customs fees and expenses (if any should arise). Urban Wanderlust, LLC. is not financially responsible for paying such fees. International orders can take anywhere from 6 - 24+ days to arrive once shipped.

Currently, we accept all major credit cards + PayPal! We do not accept payment after shipment. 

 R E T U R N S  +  E X C H A N G E S

**DUE TO COVID-19, WE ARE NOT CURRENTLY ACCEPTING ANY RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. 

Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. For sanitary + hygienic safety reasons, our beauty + body products are final sale.

D A M A G E S

All of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Your order is always adequately packaged with handling + transit in mind! While we do take care when packaging your order, damages can happen. If your order arrives in an unusable state, please contact me at hello@urbanwanderlustcandles.com with a photo of the damaged product + shipping box (if applicable) within 48 hours of receiving. A damage claim will be filed with the shipping carrier and we will work together to find a solution to your damaged product .

Only items that have been purchased directly from Urban Wanderlust can potentially be returned to Urban Wanderlust. Urban Wanderlust products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy. 

V A R I A T I O N S

All of our products are made by hand out of natural ingredients so variations are to be expected. Each and every product we make is carefully inspected before heading to your doorstep. These variations do not affect the integrity of our goods and will not be considered defects or damages:

Candles • Changes in temperature may cause "wet spots" on candles. This is a term used to describe a spot on a candle jar that looks as if water has seeped in between the wax and the jar. This is a natural occurrence that can happen when candles go through changes in temperature (going from an air-conditioned home/car to a hot, humid mailbox or vice versa). These "wet spots" do not affect the way your candles burn or smell in any way.

Lip Balms + Perfumes • Our beauty + skincare products are handmade with natural oils + butters, separation is normal! Store lip balms in a cool/dry place to avoid to separation. Always store your perfume oil out of direct sunlight, so as not to oxidize the oils.

Room + Body Sprays • Different fragrance combinations mixed with our room + body sprays base may case separation or a cloudy appearance. This is normal and varies from scent to scent. It does not affect the way your mist will work or smell. Be sure to give these a shake before use to mix everything together for the best results.
